The weekday of original publication of a Free Lance column and the weekday of the posting on its anniversary date will not necessarily be the same. This little table relates the days of the week in 1911 with those in 2015:
1911: Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat Sun
2015: Fri Sat Sun Mon Tue Wed Thu
The Free Lance was published Monday through Saturday (the Evening Sun was not published on Sunday).
